Non-professional skills

As part of the project Get ready for change – Your opportunity in the agile working world, a workshop on Non-Professional Skills was held in collaboration with Jumpp e.V. The target group was women who aimed to better identify and utilize their skills and competencies.
The workshop focused particularly on the skills and abilities that women often overlook. The participants worked in small groups to recognize and analyze their strengths in relation to their daily activities and tasks.
In the final part, these skills were clearly highlighted, and their relevance to the job market was emphasized. The participants gained valuable insights into how to better identify, appreciate, and strategically apply their competencies in the labor market.

The motto of the workshop was: “I am more than a job offer.”
