Intercultural Competencies & Diversity

As part of the project “Get ready for change – Your chance in the agile work environment,” a workshop was held in collaboration with Jumpp e.V. that focused on the topic of intercultural competencies and diversity. The target group consisted of women. The diverse experiences of the participants formed the starting point for the workshop.
Through the exchange of personal experiences, the causes of misunderstandings in intercultural contexts were identified. A lively discussion addressed the necessary elements for successful communication and the associated challenges.
At the end of the workshop, the focus was on practical exercises that showed the participants how to better understand and adapt to differences. The motto of the workshop was, “Let’s exchange ideas instead of just talking and forming prejudices.”
