Empowerment

As part of the project Get ready for change – Deine Chance in der agilen Arbeitswelt, a workshop on the topic of empowerment was held in collaboration with Jumpp e.V. The targeted group were women who wanted to strengthen their professional and personal development.
At the beginning of the workshop, the participants got to know each other and shared their wishes and goals. Then, the challenges that the women often face were discussed, and together possible solutions were developed. The participants had the opportunity to view their skills from new perspectives and reflect on them critically.
The motto of the workshop was: “We are the result of our thoughts.” It encouraged the women to question their own mindset and emerge stronger from the workshop
