Empowerment Workshop for Women

Target Group: Women
As part of the project “Get Ready for Change”, an Empowerment Workshop in cooperation with JUMMP. The event was specifically aimed at women who are on their way (back) into the job market and provided them with a space for reflection, orientation, and empowerment.
The workshop program included a variety of interactive exercises and activities designed to encourage participants to engage deeply with their own lives. These activities helped them reflect on personal experiences and brought their individual strengths to light. The women were encouraged to rethink their roles within their families and society and to actively shape their futures.
A central part of the workshop was the open Q&A session, where participants’ concerns were taken seriously and addressed directly. Their needs were then analyzed, and together, the group considered which concrete next steps could be helpful. This intensive exchange created new impulses and a supportive atmosphere.
At the end of the workshop, participants received a list of local associations, networks, and support services to help guide and support them going forward. This way, the workshop became not only a space for exchange but also a starting point for long-term change.
The goal of the workshop was to broaden the concept of empowerment beyond just professional advancement, aiming to strengthen women as individuals—as personalities, mothers, workers, and active members of society. “Get Ready for Change” offered the women the opportunity to discover their inner strength and take new steps forward with courage and confidence.
