About me
Hey, I'm Wed.
I am a sociologist, educator and trainer in the field of communication, intercultural competence and moderation.
"Germany is full of opportunities! You just have to find the right sources." With this sentence, my father said goodbye to me in 2015 so that I could find my own way in Germany. That's why I was aware that I should take advantage of every offer, take part in every seminar and, above all, take every advice into account.
It can be hard to achieve this if you don't master the necessary skills, namely, openness, acceptance, understanding, respect, self-awareness, and ultimately the willingness to evolve and learn the language.
These traits were not a natural part of my personality, but the result of a long, hard path of learning and development.
That's what my workshops are all about. In my seminars, I work with my participants on the one hand to identify and develop their skills and strengthen their communication skills. On the other hand, I convey German culture from multicultural perspectives.
What makes my seminars special?
Through my 7+ years of experience in the field of integration and communication as well as my cultural background, I can enable a safe and equal discourse, in which you would not only get inputs from me, but also reflect and help shape a lot.
My Mission
Although what I do and offer is not new knowledge, unfortunately not many people are aware of its importance. Many problems and conflicts, whether at work, at home, or among friends, are caused by misunderstandings. That’s why I’m working intensively on it, with the hope that the majority can benefit from it. That’s why my target groups are colorful and the areas I deal with are just as diverse.
My Values
My core values are frankness, respect, acceptance, flexibility, and understanding. I committed to open and honest communication, valuing diverse perspectives, embracing differences, adapting to changing needs, and cultivating empathy.
